BYD eBus B19; Specs, features and price

The BYD eBus B19 is a battery electric bus produced by the BYD company. BYD introduced two new eBus innovations at Busworld 2023 held at Brussels Expo, Belgium. These new buses join two established BYD models: the BYD eBus B19 (60-foot) and the 50-foot BYD eBus B15. The all-new BYD eBus B19 utilizes BYD Iron-Phosphate Battery Technology. The larger battery capacity (maximum 563 kWh) provides a longer range on a single charge (up to 470 km under SORT II) as well as the operational convenience of faster charging (maximum 300 kW), with the quality assurance of BYD’s long-term battery warranty, the group states.

The Blade Battery, with a maximum capacity of 500 delivers an exceptional range of 600 km in one charge reducing the need for regular charging.
