Job Title: Dealer Acquisition Associate

Job Summary
- Provides customer service support to the organization by acquiring, onboarding, and engaging new and existing dealers in a timely manner.
- Initiates contact with prospective dealers and generates new leads for the dealer management department.
- This role requires adequate follow-up with dealers, hence, the ideal candidate must be exceptionally sound in verbal communication, logical reasoning, convincing, persuasiveness, coherent flow of thought, and customer service skills, as well as a comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and company policies.
Essential Job Functions
- Cold calling and prospecting new customers.
- Ensures and provides quality service to both new and existing dealers.
- Answer questions about products and services offered by the company.
- Ensure adequate information is provided to prospective dealers/customers.
- Enter and update dealer information in the database.
- Appropriate handling of angry dealers to preserve the company’s reputation.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet onboarding quota and facilitate future sales.
- Keep records of calls and bookings while noting all useful information.
- Following up, tracking and engaging dealers.
- Additional responsibilities and the required action for assigned tasks.
Requirements
- We believe that you will succeed better if you possess the following:
- First degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline.
- 1-3 years of experience in Telemarketing/Telesales
- Knowledge of the automobile products
- Experience in sales and knowledge of consumer behaviors
- Must have keen attention to detail, a high level of integrity, and logically sound
- Ability to convince others and explain information in clear terms
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Proficient in the use of the Microsoft Office package

Job Title: Sales Officer

Job Summary
- The successful candidate will manage the daily operations of the centre, coordinating resources and growing sales in the assigned centre.
- He or she is primarily responsible for converting prospective customers to paid customers and will co-ordinate and serve as a main point of contact for all matters related to the Centre; ensuring all customers are treated fairly and given excellent customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the inspection center assigned
- Manage customers’ expectations and grow profitable relationships in assigned centers
- Create a network base for sales and generate leads for the Center
- Grow and develop sales in assigned center
- Maintain end to end relationship with customers
- Responsible for the process of procurement of cars from customers at the center.
- This will be a role based in one of our centers in Lagos, where you will close auto sales with customers directly
- Responsible for negotiating and closing sales at the center
Requirements
- HND or BSC in any discipline (must have completed NYSC).
- 1 to 2 years’ experience in sales with excellent customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Sound knowledge of closing sales and winning customers.
- Excellent knowledge about cars and its various models.
- Must be presentable.
- Ability to multitask.
- Must be target driven (Job is target and commission based).

Job Title: Inspection Officer
Locations: Ikotun, Surulere, Ketu and Festac – Lagos, Aba – Abia, Calabar – Cross River and Warri – Delta

Job Summary
- The successful candidate will perform inspections on a variety of vehicles, such as cars, trucks, and certain types of mobile vehicles.
- He/she will inspect the overall interior and exterior conditions of cars, and check the operations of the engine, transmission, steering system, brake system, air conditioning system, as well as other systems on the vehicle.
- He/she will also be required to interpret these conditions on vehicles for customers seeking to sell their cars.
Responsibilities
- Scan vehicles with vehicle scanning equipment to determine status of the vehicle.
- Comprehensive check of vehicle interior and exterior parts of the vehicle.
- Comprehensive check of the engine, transmission, brake system, steering and suspension system, air conditioning system, and other systems available on the vehicle.
- Conduct test drives for vehicles during inspections (both Manual and Automatic transmissions).
- Communicate condition of vehicle to seller for negotiation purpose.
- Following established procedures and policies.
- Conduct remote inspections for local car dealerships, as assigned.
- Create an inspection report on all vehicles inspected.
- Inform supervisor of any vehicles that have questionable odometer readings or identification numbers or have missing or numbers.
- Maintain work area, tools, equipment, and official forms in an efficient, clean, and organized manner.
- Establish and maintain effective working relationships with the public, customers, co-workers and supervisors.
- Operate a vehicle, safely and in compliance with traffic laws and regulations, in the performance of job duties.
Requirements
- HND or B.Sc in Mechanical, Automotive Engineering (OND Holder, Graduates of other disciplines, or Mechanics can be considered if the candidate possesses experience and/or skill in the mechanical/automotive industry)
- Minimum 1-year experience in vehicle diagnosis, inspection, or repair.
- Ability to drive both manual and automatic transmission (gear) on cars.
- Sound Knowledge of the latest automobile repairs & and best industry practices.
- Excellent knowledge about cars and its various models.
- Hands-on experience in diagnosing vehicle issues (experience can range from basic to advanced).
- Ability to use a vehicle scanning machine.
- Good communication skills (oral and written).
- Must be computer literate.
- Knowledge of locations of chassis numbers (VIN) and odometer readings on vehicles.
- Knowledge of, or ability to learn to read odometers and detect questionable readings.
- Proximity to the center location will be an added advantage.
