Job Title: People Operations Analyst

Overview

Job Summary

  • The People Operations analyst will support the People and Culture team in ensuring that our people have a smooth experience from hiring to exit.
  • The job holder’s mission is simple: help our people be their best, give their best and have the best experience while at it by anticipating their needs and taking proactive steps to meet them.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Our ideal candidate is a professional with relevant Admin experience.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that work (onsite and offsite) is supported by ensuring that facilities and supplies of the highest standards are readily available and promptly provided to employees when needed.
  • S/he will be responsible for overseeing daily administrative tasks, managing office resources, and providing support to various teams.
  • This individual will also support the Company’s HR Operations.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of HR operations

Reporting Line:

  • The job holder will report to the Head, People and Culture.

Compensation

  • The starting compensation for this role is between NGN400,000 – NGN600,000 monthly net.

Job Title: Customer Experience (CX) Specialist

Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Understand our product(s), engage internal and third-party stakeholders, and explain basic financial processes in layman’s terms to our customers
  • Create exceptional experiences for customers every day that will make them loyal customers and ambassadors
  • Based on daily interactions with customers, study trends/data about customer behaviours and garner insights that could improve our processes and products

Job Title: Finance Analyst

Location: Nigeria (Hybrid)

Job Description

  • We have a rapidly expanding finance team and continually evolving processes.
  • The Finance and operations analyst will add a spark to the output of the finance and portfolio teams by  taking on responsibilities around business specific analysis, operations, fund accounting and troubleshooting via reconciliations.
  • This person would provide a bridge between the finance team and the portfolio team, ensuring that fund accounting records are optimal and adequately reported to the regulators while also ensuring that relevant stakeholders of the finance team such as vendors and bankers are appropriately managed.

To meet this goal, a big part of your time will be committed to:

  • Assisting with the execution of existing processes within the finance team.
  • Development/improvement of systems that support more efficient operations, and assisting with processing of financial and investment transactions.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial information in line with IFRS and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with day-to-day financial operations affecting the finance and portfolio teams, including reconciliations, correspondence management, general accounting, and payments processing.
  • Provide support in handling regulatory activities within the team.
  • Prepare reports for decision-making within the finance and portfolio management teams.

Our Expectations:

  • A self-starter who pays attention to details.
  • Strong numeracy and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint or Keynote, Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and other similar packages.
  • Good communication and writing skills.

Requirements

  • A good first degree from a reputable institution. Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Economics or related fields preferred.
  • Must have at least passed the Skills level of the ICAN/ACCA professional exams.
  • CFA is an added advantage.
  • 1-3 years of experience in related fields.
  • Experience with fund accounting is an added advantage.

Reporting Line:

  • The job holder will report to the Finance Manager with a dotted line to the Portfolio Manager.

Compensation

  • The starting compensation for this role is between N450,000 –  N650,000 monthly net.
